Oleksandr Zavalov is the CEO of Futurevia Foundation, leading the organization’s mission to rebuild and revitalize Ukraine in the face of ongoing challenges. Deeply committed to supporting children affected by the war, he applies his extensive expertise in sustainable development and humanitarian aid to drive impactful, future-focused initiatives. Under his leadership, Futurevia delivers essential resources, financial assistance, and transformative technology. 


Oleksandr is also spearheading the creation of the Endowment for Rebuilding Ukraine, a transparent, mission-driven fund that champions small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), supports local entrepreneurs, and advances a green energy transition through sustainable infrastructure and clean technology. Sergey is a managing director in Multi-Asset Solutions (MAS) 

within Goldman Sachs Asset Management, serving as global head of Trading and Market Risk, and co-head of Enterprise and Operational Risk. He is a member of the MAS Investing Core team. MAS provides multi-asset class products and solutions for institutional and individual investors, focusing on customized asset allocation, tactical implementation, risk management and portfolio construction. 


Previously, Sergey was a member of the Financial Solutions Group within Quantitative Investment Strategies from 2008 to 2009 and Multi-Product Investment Group from 2005 to 2008, focusing on managing and trading multi-asset and passive replication portfolios. Prior to that, he worked in the Risk and Performance Analytics Group. Sergey joined Goldman Sachs in 1999 as an analyst and was named managing director in 2017. 


Sergey is a member of the Board of Directors of Grand Founders Foundation. Sergey earned a BBA in Finance and Investments from Baruch College, City 

University of New York and an MBA in Finance and Economics from the New York University Stern School of Business.

Todd Diamond is an international development practitioner and former journalist with more than 25 years of experience designing, implementing, and analyzing the effects of foreign assistance.
