Oleksandr Zavalov is the CEO of Futurevia Foundation, leading the organization’s mission to rebuild and revitalize Ukraine in the face of ongoing challenges. Deeply committed to supporting children affected by the war, he applies his extensive expertise in sustainable development and humanitarian aid to drive impactful, future-focused initiatives. Under his leadership, Futurevia delivers essential resources, financial assistance, and transformative technology. 

Oleksandr is also spearheading the creation of the Endowment for Rebuilding Ukraine, a transparent, mission-driven fund that champions small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), supports local entrepreneurs, and advances a green energy transition through sustainable infrastructure and clean technology. Through a firm commitment to accountability, economic resilience, and environmental responsibility, he is helping shape a self-sustaining, inclusive future for Ukraine rooted in innovation and opportunity.

Sergey is a managing director in Multi-Asset Solutions (MAS) 

within Goldman Sachs Asset Management, serving as global head of Trading and Market Risk, and co-head of Enterprise and Operational Risk. He is a member of the MAS Investing Core team. MAS provides multi-asset class products and solutions for institutional and individual investors, focusing on customized asset allocation, tactical implementation, risk management and portfolio construction. 

Previously, Sergey was a member of the Financial Solutions Group within Quantitative Investment Strategies from 2008 to 2009 and Multi-Product Investment Group from 2005 to 2008, focusing on managing and trading multi-asset and passive replication portfolios. Prior to that, he worked in the Risk and Performance Analytics Group. Sergey joined Goldman Sachs in 1999 as an analyst and was named managing director in 2017. 

Sergey is a member of the Board of Directors of Grand Founders Foundation. Sergey earned a BBA in Finance and Investments from Baruch College, City 

University of New York and an MBA in Finance and Economics from the New York University Stern School of Business. 

Bella Miranda is a globally respected Strategic Advisor, Fundraising Executive, Author, Life Coach, and Emotional Intelligence Consultant with a background in communications and over a decade of experience advising CEOs, boards of directors, government officials, philanthropists, and influential figures across sectors. She is known for her expertise in fundraising, leadership development, behavioral strategy, and mission-driven growth—bridging the gap between vision and execution for high-impact initiatives.

Bella’s specialties include emotional intelligence, strategic communication, fundraising leadership, life coaching, and body language and micro-expression analysis. With advanced training from Yale University, Cornell, and other top institutions, she combines behavioral precision with strategic clarity to support bold, effective leadership at the highest levels. Her life coaching program focuses on empowering individuals and organizations through mental and emotional empowerment, helping them achieve clarity, confidence, and purpose.

As an entrepreneur, Bella has advised global organizations including UNICEF USA, XPRIZE, Space for Humanity, the Commercial Spaceflight Federation, Spaceport America, Virgin Unite, and the Smithsonian Museums Affiliate network. She previously served as Vice President of Fundraising for a Smithsonian Affiliated Museum, where she led strategic growth, capital campaigns, and enterprise-wide transformation.

Cristian Bordei is a former Romanian Senator with a strong background in economics and international affairs. He holds degrees from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies and Cluj-Napoca Babeș-Bolyai University. With years of leadership experience in the energy sector both in Romania and abroad and intense activity in the foreign policy committee of the Romanian Senate and in the Romanian Delegation to NATO Parliamentary Aseembly , Cristian now consults on strategic partnerships between Romanian companies and international investors,  He is dedicated to consolidating security in the Black Sea Region, advancing Romanian entrepreneurship, reindustrialization and rebuilding of defense industry alongwith sustainable economic transition. Fluent in English, French, and Italian.

Todd Diamond is an international development practitioner and former journalist with more than 25 years of experience designing, implementing, and analyzing the effects of foreign assistance. His experience working with local and international foundations, both as a strategic partner and as a steward of philanthropic investments, has included helping align mission-driven goals with donor priorities. He has designed and implemented programming with funding from the governments of the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, the European Union, and Japan. He started his career as a journalist covering the U.S. Congress in Washington and the United Nations in Geneva and New York. Todd holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of California, Berkeley, and a master’s degree in international relations from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies at the University of Geneva.  

Dr. Taras Rudyy is a Swiss-based orthopedic surgeon specializing in orthopaedics and traumatology of the musculoskeletal system. With over a decade of international clinical experience across Germany and Switzerland, he currently practices independently in Winterthur and is affiliated with the Swiss Medical Network, including Privatklinik Lindberg and Privatklinik Belair. He holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Basel, an MBA from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management in Frankfurt, and completed his medical training at the University of Göttingen following his initial education in Ukraine. Fluent in German, English, and Ukrainian, Dr. Rudyy offers a multilingual, patient-centered approach to advanced orthopedic care. His practice reflects a deep understanding of both Western and Eastern European public health systems and medical education.
